VDRecycling

Through our advanced pyrolysis-based recycling plants, we process large volumes of waste and convert it into:
Synthetic diesel
Biochar (synthetic coal)
Clean electricity Our operations are environmentally safe, emission-controlled, and fully aligned with global sustainability goals.

Featured Project: In our international expansion, we are launching a state-of-the-art recycling facility processing over 30,000 metric tons of waste monthly.
Produce 35,000 tons of synthetic diesel per year

Generate 625 GWh of electricity annually
Create 150+ local jobs
Adhere to strict environmental regulations

Pyrolysis Explained

Pyrolysis is a cutting-edge thermal decomposition process that operates in the absence of oxygen. It breaks down waste at high temperatures (300°C – 900°C) into reusable outputs:

Char: Transformed into clean-burning synthetic coal Unlike incineration, pyrolysis generates minimal emissions and leaves no toxic residue.

Syngas: Used for generating electricity

Pyrolysis Oil: Refined into synthetic diesel

Proven track record in U.S., Bangladesh, India, and now Sri Lanka
