Who We Are
VDRecycling LLC, headquartered in Sunrise, Florida, is a global innovator in sustainable waste management. With over 15 years of experience and leadership from CEO Dan Oran, we specialize in converting waste into clean energy, synthetic fuels, and reusable materials. Our mission is to build a circular economy by transforming global waste challenges into valuable resources.

What We Do
Through our advanced pyrolysis-based recycling plants, we process large volumes of waste and convert it into:
Synthetic diesel
Biochar (synthetic coal)
Clean electricity Our operations are environmentally safe, emission-controlled, and fully aligned with global sustainability goals.
Featured Project: In our international expansion, we are launching a state-of-the-art recycling facility processing over 30,000 metric tons of waste monthly.
Produce 35,000 tons of synthetic diesel per year
Goals
Generate 625 GWh of electricity annually
Create 150+ local jobs
Adhere to strict environmental regulations
Our Technology:
Pyrolysis Explained
Pyrolysis is a cutting-edge thermal decomposition process that operates in the absence of oxygen. It breaks down waste at high temperatures (300°C – 900°C) into reusable outputs:
Char: Transformed into clean-burning synthetic coal Unlike incineration, pyrolysis generates minimal emissions and leaves no toxic residue.
Syngas: Used for generating electricity
Pyrolysis Oil: Refined into synthetic diesel
